Q. Is Glass included in my Purchase?

A. No it is not. For shipping reasons we do not offer glass. However, we do offer a non-glare acrylic option which can be added to any frame purchase. It is a high quality acrylic preferred by many professional photographers.

Q. What hardware do I need to hang my frame?

A. We use a key-hole haning system which ensures a flush mount to the wall. Hardware you will need will include a nail or screw. For our larger frames we do recommend using an anchor or making sure the nail is in a stud due to the weight of the frame. This will ensure proper support.

Q.  Are the sizes listed the actual opening of the frame?

A. The size listed is the size of the opening. It is the size of picture the frame will accommodate. For example an 8x10 frame will hold an 8x10 print. The overall size of the frame will be larger than 8x10. If you are needing the complete measurement of a specific frame please contact us for assistance. Our frame widths do vary with size.
